Brondby seek to break Strasbourg's unbeaten season when they face the French side in the Europa Conference League at Brondby Stadion. Frederik Birk Christensen's side have not reached the group stage or league phase of a UEFA competition since their appearance in the 2021-22 edition of the Europa League. However, Brondby have performed well in the Conference League so far, fighting through both the second and third qualifying rounds to make the playoff, beating Havnar Boltfelag and Vikingur Reykjavik in the process. But Birk Christensen's side are facing their toughest test yet, and after losing 2-0 to Sonderjyske in the Superliga on Sunday, they will be desperate to bounce back. Brondby have a strong home record this season, with four wins and one defeat at Brondby Stadion. Liam Rosenior's Strasbourg, on the other hand, have not played in Europe since 2019-20, but have qualified for the playoff round after finishing seventh in Ligue 1. Rosenior's side have a strong record on the road, having lost just one of their last five away games. Brondby will be without right-back Sean Klaiber, who picked up an injury in the first leg, and Jordi Vanlerberghe could take his place. Rasmus Lauritsen and Luis Binks should also be in the backline, alongside wing-backs Marko Divkovic and Mats Kohlert. Strasbourg also have injuries in defense, with center-backs Andrew Omobamidele and Saidou Sow out with injuries. Stefan Bajic and Mamadou Sarr could start instead, alongside Ismael Doukoure and Valentin Barco at full-back.
